Mr. Foyer has held various Executive leadership roles overseeing 36 senior leaders exceeding 7000+ employees.

Before joining Nsight Health, Mr. Foyer was Senior Director for North America Operations at IntouchCX overseeing operations and clients in North America, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

Prior to IntouchCX, Mr. Foyer worked with the world’s largest outsourcing companies spanning 27 years. His entrepreneurial spirit was founded in his Outsourcing company, IRG, a leading B2B, B2C solutions provider.

Mr. Foyer has traveled worldwide to provide his unique blend of operational experience and tactical training to support many of the world’s top consumer brands. His extensive time in the Philippines helped to position massive growth for a leading Business Process Outsourcing Company implementing 9 sites and 70,000 employees in 8 years.

Doug Loiler

Doug Loiler is a results-driven leader with a passion for providing the best possible client experience. He brings with him a wealth of experience from multiple industries. Doug most recently served as the Vice President of Client Services for Carelon Medical Benefits Management, previously known as myNEXUS, which is a division of Elevance Health. In this role, he led the entire Client Management team for the portfolio of utilization benefit management solutions. The team serviced regional and national health plan clients of all lines of business including commercial, Medicare Advantage, and managed Medicaid. Doug’s in-depth experience in post-acute solutions enabled him to serve as the company client executive sponsor for the largest national clients. He successfully negotiated full-risk agreements and was recognized as “2023 Top Producer” for Carelon.

Before joining Carelon Medical Benefits Management in 2017, Doug served as the Director of Implementations for eviCore. The company, formerly known as MedSolutions, was acquired by Express Scripts/Cigna. In this role, Doug both implemented and led teams to implement all utilization benefit management solutions.

Doug has over 15 years of experience driving application development and reporting solutions for clients. He bridged the knowledge gap between business and I/T, holding numerous business & I/T positions in aerospace and banking. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from California Lutheran University and a Master of Business in Technology Management from the University of Washington Bothell.

Neil de Crescenzo

He left United Health Group/Optum in October 2023 after serving as CEO of Optum Insight, a $19B (revenues) business unit of UHG which creates stronger connections across payers, providers and consumers through software-enabled services and analytics to make clinical, administrative and financial processes simpler and more efficient. Mr. de Crescenzo has also held leadership roles in technology and healthcare industry associations over many years, including serving as Chairman of the Healthcare Leadership Council in Washington. D.C., a member of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Health Care Council and as a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of the Conference Board. He is currently a Visiting Fellow at the Duke-Margolis Institute For Health Policy.

Ty Hubbard, MBA, MHA

Ty Hubbard serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Nsight Health. In his current role, he is responsible for leading Nsight’s overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, and employee relations. Ty develops and implements human resource practices and programs to drive service excellence and deliver on the company’s mission, vision, and values ‘To positively impact the lives of millions of people.’

Ty has more than 15 years of human resources and healthcare experience. He formerly served as Vice President of Human Resources for HCA Healthcare’s Lake City Medical Center and most recently as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Ventra Health. As an experienced, passionate healthcare HR professional, Ty combines a natural interest in people and technology to create an inclusive and highly engaged workforce. He demonstrates a deep business acumen, understanding of HR functions, excellent analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills as well as an ability to demonstrate high personal impact and influence to build a strong trusted advisor relationship with leaders.

Michael Burbach

As the Director of Contact Center, Mike Burbach brings nearly 30 years of experience managing contact center operations, with an emphasis in the healthcare and technology verticals. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and a former US Army officer. Mike has worked for Fortune 500 companies, including GE, Dell, Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Insight as well as several start up, P/E backed operations, successfully driving profitable, rapid growth. Most recently, he joins us from the BPO Teleperformance, where he led a center performing online content moderation for a major social media platform.

Chris Crabtree

Mr. Crabtree is a successful executive leader who has experience in both starting/growing healthcare service companies from ground up to leading national divisions for the largest payers in the country.  Most recently he served as Chief Service Officer of myNEXUS (now Carelon) and was responsible for building all operations from ground up before successfully selling the company to Anthem (now Elevance Health). He also was responsible for national operations for AIM Healthcare (now Carelon) with combined responsibilities running all P&L operations for 2,000+ staff comprised of clinical, non-clinical, post decision support, wound care, PAC, SDOH, call centers, strategy, UM, and fulfillment. 

Prior to starting myNexus, Mr. Crabtree was Executive Director in the Optum division for UnitedHealth Group where he was responsible for ISNP operations as well as overseeing OTA nationwide operations for INSPIRIS. Prior to UnitedHealth, Chris was COO of NaviHealth where he started the company building and running all national operations before the company was sold to Optum. 

Prior to starting NaviHealth, Chris was the Executive Vice President of Operations for MedSolutions/EviCore (now part of Evernorth). Serving as the highest ranking national operations leader reporting directly to the CEO and Board, Mr. Crabtree led all operations through tremendous growth to become the country’s largest radiology benefits management company before it was successfully sold to Express Scripts/Cigna Healthcare. Under Mr. Crabtree’s leadership, MedSolutions operations earned recognition from J.D.Power and Associates for “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience in Healthcare” four consecutive years. Robert D. Bieser, MD

Dr R. Daniel Bieser was born in Springfield Missouri, raised in Texas and is a graduate Of Texas Christian University. He obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Andrew Taylor Still University in Missouri. His residency was at UPMC Family Medicine Residency, Altoona Regional Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Dr Bieser is certified and re-certified Diplomate of the ABFM and Fellow of the America Academy of Family Physicians

Dr Bieser has thirty-three years of experience in Family Medicine with special interest in interest in both Addiction Medication and Obesity Medicine. The first sixteen years of his practice he also practiced obstetrics, having delivered over one thousand babies. Many of these are still his patients with their own families now.

Prior to entering medicine at age 29, he was a chemist at Ben Hogan Golf company, a subsidiary of AMF (American Machine Foundry) company. Because of shortages of petroleum product, the company had a companywide layoff in the early eighties. Dr Bieser with back to TCU and obtained a BSN and was a Cardio-thoracic ICU charge Nurse for several years before pursuing medicine.

Dr Bieser is an established and highly skilled physician in family medicine. He is well regarded in the southeast Missouri tri state area. Earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient -centered care. He is active in the community.

He is currently the medical director for three health care facilities in the area. Sanjeev Mittal, MD

Taylor Sambucci, RDN

Taylor Sambucci is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for all things health and wellness. After spending years researching nutrition and experimenting in the kitchen to optimize her health, Taylor decided to pursue a career that would allow her to help others do the same. She received her bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and subsequent master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Benedictine University.

Taylor compliments her years of research and education with a professional background in clinical dietetics. Taylor previously worked in a high-performing hospital where she provided medical nutrition therapy to diverse patient populations, focusing primarily on patients admitted to the cardiology and transplant units. As a clinical dietitian, Taylor helped her patients develop strong habits to improve their quality of life for the long haul. Scarlet Lau, PharmD, MPH

Director, Clinical Operations

Scarlet Lau graduated with both her PharmD from Cedarville University and MPH from Youngstown State University. Following this, she completed an acute care hospital residency at West Penn/Forbes Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, where her primary focus encompassed internal medicine, intensive care, and anticoagulation management. Subsequently, Scarlet assumed the role of a Critical Care Pharmacist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Magee-Womens Hospital, where she served diligently.

In her capacity at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital, Scarlet was predominantly engaged in collaborative efforts within the ICU unit as part of an interdisciplinary team. Her responsibilities extended to precepting students and pharmacy residents, and she actively participated in diverse hospital committees aimed at enhancing and instituting protocols and processes.

Throughout her time at UPMC, Scarlet played a pivotal role in the management of COVID-related matters for the health system. She spearheaded the implementation of pharmacist-driven protocols designed to curtail patient length of stay, mitigate the costs associated with prolonged therapies, and minimize hospital readmissions.

 

Chris Smith​

After completing her education, Tammy immediately started working in a long-term care facility, where she gained valuable experience. 

With her dedication and hard work, Tammy quickly climbed the corporate ladder. She was promoted to HR Manager shortly after college and then moved on to become a Human Resource Regional Director, where she spent 12 years of her career. This role allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the intricacies of managing human resources on a larger scale. Throughout her 16-year career, Tammy has achieved and maintained several certifications, including HRCI, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP. 

Matthew Hodge

Chief Customer Officer

Matthew Hodge has held Senior Leadership roles at several large organizations across both the United States and Canada, including the Co-Operators Life Insurance Company, Direct Energy, Cinch Home Services and NRG Energy.

He brings over 20 years of progressive Operations leadership experience, with an expert level understanding of directing both front and back-office functions in high volume, multi-site, globally distributed contact centers.  Matt’s proven track record of recognizing opportunities for operational improvements and implementing the same, along a history of increasing profitability via the implementation of effective sales practices, has allowed him to continually improve cost vs. expense ratios throughout his career. Matt’s primary focus has always been on doing what is “right” for the customer while ensuring that the company achieves (and exceeds) mandated performance targets, implementing various Voice of the Customer feedback mechanisms and using that data to help create world-class service experiences for the customer base.

Matt relocated from Toronto Ontario to Phoenix Arizona in 2015, before heading east to the South Florida area in 2019.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada as well as a Computer Science Diploma from Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.  Notwithstanding, he is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and well versed in the Scrum/Agile methodologies; having acquired both the Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner designations.

With over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Beth is a seasoned financial professional with experience that spans from managing the financial needs of small companies with a single location, to corporations with hundreds. 

Throughout her career, she has showcased excellent customer service skills and expertise in managing all departments under the umbrella of finance. 

Beth’s integrity and commitment to a high level of performance have paved the way for her success including starting in an entry-level position in a local business office of Fortune 500 company Gannett Co. Inc., to becoming a Senior Director at the corporate office reporting to the VP of Finance, spanning a 35-year career.

Marc Miranda, MBA

Marc Miranda boasts an extraordinary track record accumulating over 15 years of expertise in the healthcare industry, Marc has gathered unique insight and expertise that he utilizes in all aspects of the sales process. 

His journey includes not only leadership positions within prestigious physician practices, but also Director roles in RCM and Account Management at Nextgen, a publicly-held EHR and healthcare software company. 

To complement his accomplishments, Marc holds an MBA degree, and he continues to seek out new and innovative advancements in the healthcare industry.

David Hernandez, RN​

Their dynamic leadership, combined with a deep commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights, has consistently delivered improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Michael Staples, CMBI

Chief Compliance Officer

Michael Staples has an extensive background in law enforcement and healthcare regulatory work. He has worked as a police detective and was involved in criminal drug investigations, particularly focusing on prescription drug diversion and drug trafficking cases. 

As a State Medical Board of Ohio Investigator, Mike received training and education on investigating physicians for controlled substance prescribing and fraud. He also played a significant role in assisting the Ohio Board of Nursing in developing a continued education and training program for Nurse Practitioners on controlled substance prescribing and diversion. 

As a public speaker and CME presenter, Mike has taught law enforcement officers and healthcare professionals about aberrant behaviors, detecting diversion, and medical documentation. He also worked as a Director of Compliance for several clinics, training physicians and staff on drug diversion detection and addressing medical documentation deficiencies. 

Ori Lotan, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Ori Lotan, MD is passionate about leveraging health information technology to improve patient care and enhance the clinician experience. Ori started his career as a primary care physician in both large multi-specialty groups and solo private practice. After several years, he gravitated towards the care of sicker patients in a hospital setting, ultimately serving as a Medical Director of his own Hospitalist group in North Texas.

Discovering a love for technology, Ori became progressively involved in all aspects of Electronic Health Records and was recruited to become the inaugural Chief Medical Information Officer for a Fortune 500 company. He has served in Senior Physician Executive roles at large not-for-profit as well as for-profit companies over the past 15 years inclusive of MultiCare Health System & Universal Health Services, Inc.

In these roles, he supported clinical and quality best practices for thousands of physicians and millions of patients. With the Quadruple aim of medicine as his North Star, Ori focuses on enhancing the patient experience, increasing clinician satisfaction, reducing the cost of care, and improving population health.

Ori’s active Board Certifications include Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics, and he is actively licensed to practice medicine.

Tim Clark is a highly accomplished IT and Engineering professional with 25 years of expertise, devoting a large portion of his career to specializing in Health Care information systems. Armed with a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Information Technology, Tim Clark has honed his technical prowess and leadership skills throughout his career. 

His unwavering commitment to leveraging technology for the betterment of Health Care and improved patient outcomes has yielded transformative results over the years. His leadership has driven his teams to the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions in electronic health records, medical documentation systems, pharmacy medication management systems, and patient wellness platforms. Additionally, Tim spearheaded advancements in Software as Medical Device (SaMD) technologies developed to support cancer patients as they wage war on their cancers.

Sasha Berment Lillion, MBA

Senior Vice President, Operations

Sasha Berment is an accomplished professional and natural leader with 13 years in banking, operations and business management. Sasha spent 6, highly successful years in retail finance at Wells Fargo. While earning her graduate degrees, she became one of the youngest managers in the state and holds numerous awards for her time in leadership. Formally trained in sales, operations and leadership strategies, she took a leap of faith.

After earning her two master’s degrees in Finance and Business Administration, Sasha and her husband founded their own companies which offered her expertise in operational excellence, financial insight and client services. Their success led Sasha to the healthcare industry, where she was contracted by healthcare startup HealthLynked, to run their operations division. After this adventure, Sasha found a passion for the industry and it led her to Nsight, where her tenacious drive, ability to identify and strategize solutions and desire to succeed, has made her the Chief Operating Officer.

Sasha currently resides in Colorado with her husband and two children. She proudly still owns her businesses but says “Nsight will change the future of healthcare. A future we all deserve”.

 

Michael Ciullo

Michael Ciullo is a self-made serial entrepreneur who has built numerous businesses within healthcare technology and healthcare services. With no formal education and from humble beginnings, Michael started his career in B2B SaaS sales and after four years branched out on his own to build his first revenue cycle management company. 

In 2015, Michael started Nsure Healthcare Services, a healthcare technology firm dedicated to streamlining medical billing departments which was awarded by the Inc500 as being one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. Having never raised capital, Michael reinvested the earnings from his first two ventures and built Nsight Health which has become one of the fastest growing remote care companies in the United States and currently services many of the largest health systems in the country. 

Additionally, Michael owns PRVNT, an innovate healthcare technology firm dedicated to leveraging artificial intelligence to help the industry move towards value-based care. Today, Michael owns and operates four different companies that he runs simultaneously servicing thousands of providers across the country with the help of his incredibly talented leadership teams and trusted advisors.
